Tory Lea 2012 NW Super Comp Champion!

Super Comp License holder Megan and Tory Lea after the Bremerton win. Tory writes:"by the time we won, everyone was gone.  So we had a beer and bailed!"

Carina in the staging lanes in Seattle. Tory write: "She is an amazing help, setting the tire pressure, putting me in the water for the burnout, reading the track and passing on info after the run, etc.  She will license this year.  Who said car guys have to have sons?"

Congratulations go out to our own Tory Lea who had a great 2012 racing season, clinching the 2012 Pacific Northwest Super Comp association Championship.  In his own words, here is how Tory sums it up:

"The Pacific Northwest Super Comp Association is run throughout the Northwest tracks. 11 races this year kept us busy. We had 2 runner up finishes at Woodburn, a win in Bremerton and a hail Mary win at the last race in Yakima. The semi final round was a "winner take all" when I raced the guy I had been chasing all year. I was even surprised at the comeback. That round win locked the Championship and we went on to win the race. 2012 was the best year I have had in 38 years of racing. The Championship, my oldest daughter Megan getting her super comp license, and getting invaluable input from both Megan and youngest daughter Carina made it a very satisfying year."
